Kudala Sangama is a historic, holy place and geographical importance with confluence of Malaprabha and Krishna rivers. To make this place as a spiritual center and International tourist place, Kudala Sangama Development Board(KSDB) has been estiblished with an act of Karnataka Government in 1994.

Dasoha
All the interested devotees are allowed to do donation for Dasoha in special and normal days of the year. Donations from the devotees are collected by the temple for all types of Pooja Sevas.
So devotees are requested to please go through the rate board and timings before doing any donations
Jatra
Jatra event occurs every year in the month of March-April with grand ceremony.
All the people from near by villages have taken each and every responsibility to conduct Jatra from ancestorial period. Each and every year the population in Jatra event is increasing more than 1 lakh. KSDB conducts so many events to celebrate and organise this Grand Jatra Mahotsava
